Panguilemo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gualleco FC the free kick. 27 minutes into the match, Panguilemo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Topocho Ortiz came free, but Juan Cristóbal Van Schowen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abner Bombal hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Gualleco FC's Leonardo Maiz got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Topocho Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Cristóbal Van Schowen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceferino Reole was the one to do the kick off. Juan Cristóbal Van Schowen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Topocho Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panguilemo AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gualleco FC.
