Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lagunillas AFC's Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aldo Abeliuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Hurtado in the 10th minute. José Alberto Carrizo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Jacobo Jofre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lagunillas AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 22 minutes into the match, Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Carrizal FC's Menéndez Dohrmann. Menéndez Dohrmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega sped through Carrizal FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Menéndez Dohrmann. A collision led to Lagunillas AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Aníbal Cruz hit a great ball. After 37 minutes of play, Carrizal FC's José Alberto Carrizo made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Abeliuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Rojas in the 40th minute of play forced Carrizal FC's goalkeeper Menéndez Dohrmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Menéndez Dohrmann. Menéndez Dohrmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Menéndez Dohrmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. The Carrizal FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lagunillas AFC were winning 1-9.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Chavarria to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-10 to the left of a surprised Menéndez Dohrmann 55 minutes into the match. Menéndez Dohrmann was a little too slow when Silviano Schlubach got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-11. Rodolfo Hurtado hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Aldo Abeliuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Maggiora, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Aldo Abeliuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Alberto Carrizo in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's José Alberto Carrizo got a free kick in the 68th minute. Menéndez Dohrmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Juan Jesus Airola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrizal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagunillas AFC the free kick. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carrizal FC! In the 76th minute, Lagunillas AFC's Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-13. With a little luck, Carrizal FC's Menéndez Dohrmann got control of the ball when Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carrizal FC's Menéndez Dohrmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxín Salcedo lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Maxín Salcedo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Juan Carlos Olivos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Carlos Olivos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Abeliuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silviano Schlubach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Menéndez Dohrmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Menéndez Dohrmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Dechent in the 97th minute of play. The Carrizal FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lagunillas AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
