After some careless play in the Ñielol F.C defense, Máximo Astorga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceandro Cauffmann. The Ñielol F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceandro Cauffmann should have stopped the shot. Ceandro Cauffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Astorga in the 19th minute of play. When Excurses Team's Arnoldo Oliva in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Juan Cristóbal Madariaga hit a great ball. Benicio Villagra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. The wind increased when Máximo Astorga made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ñielol F.C's Sergi Pinuer got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Excurses Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ervigio Borges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th match minute, Ñielol F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Mackenney to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Ñielol F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Astorga came free, but Ceandro Cauffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Máximo Astorga in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceandro Cauffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ceandro Cauffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Oliva in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes of play, Excurses Team's Arnoldo Oliva made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ceandro Cauffmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Emilio Felipe Subercaseaux came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Excurses Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Felipe Subercaseaux couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Máximo Astorga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Máximo Astorga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceandro Cauffmann having to interfere. Arnoldo Oliva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ceandro Cauffmann made a huge save. In the 83rd match minute, Excurses Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceandro Mannhardt to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Oliva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ñielol F.C's zone, Arnoldo Oliva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceandro Cauffmann came out of the goal and Arnoldo Oliva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute of the match, Máximo Astorga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ceandro Cauffmann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match was over Excurses Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ñielol F.C throughout the match.
