Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lander Basualto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Washington Deves in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rollo Gavilán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Cornelio Jory managed to get in a good position for a shot. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Jory was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rollo Gavilán breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Duao getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Angelino Zubelzu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Washington Deves in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rollo Gavilán saved Duao from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Washington Deves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rollo Gavilán was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The supporters of Duao booed when IMPERIO F.B.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington Deves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lander Basualto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelillo Mac Rae hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Lander Basualto scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Godofredo Iturralde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Duao's Francisco Antonio Aldana got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The IMPERIO F.B.C. fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Washington Deves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 35 played minutes Duao got a freekick which was hit by Topocho Ayarza. Cornelio Jory's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Rollo Gavilán on his right side and into the goal. 36 minutes into the game it was 1-2. In the 38th minute, Carlos Alberto Durango left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IMPERIO F.B.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Godofredo Iturralde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lander Basualto in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Washington Deves put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Rollo Gavilán.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Washington Deves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas Manieu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Topocho Ayarza charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Topocho Ayarza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Duao getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Topocho Ayarza hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Washington Deves sped through Duao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rollo Gavilán. The supporters of IMPERIO F.B.C. booed when Duao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Topocho Ayarza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duao's Rollo Gavilán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Duao from getting a goal against them. Cornelio Jory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rollo Gavilán having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Duao's Moisés Carrión got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Washington Deves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rollo Gavilán. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 92nd minute of the match, Washington Deves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rollo Gavilán was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Washington Deves got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Duao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. IMPERIO F.B.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
