Adelino Marzullo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúlo Nicoletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Marzullo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eufemio Hesler in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, one of Antofazul FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Antofazul FC. Grueso Artaza had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Pío Schiappacasse's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Alegale United's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Droste came free, but Adelino Marzullo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelino Marzullo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Droste in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Alegale United defense, Álvaro Orsterhont kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adelino Marzullo. The Alegale United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adelino Marzullo should have stopped the shot. If Visen Valdovinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adelino Marzullo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raúlo Nicoletti in the 35th minute. In the 37th match minute, Alegale United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomón Larenas to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salvador Droste to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Droste in the 53rd minute of play forced Alegale United's goalkeeper Adelino Marzullo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Salvador Droste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Adelino Marzullo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 59th play minutes Salvador Droste shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Adelino Marzullo and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Droste in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adelino Marzullo saved Alegale United from getting behind. In the 73rd match minute, Antofazul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Salvatierra to maneuver through the defense. Adelino Marzullo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eufemio Hesler went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Alegale United defense, Raúlo Nicoletti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adelino Marzullo. The Alegale United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adelino Marzullo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 89 minutes, Visen Valdovinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antofazul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Visen Valdovinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alegale United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Salomón Larenas kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Salvador Droste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelino Marzullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Antofazul FC had played much better football throughout.
