Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricard Ambrosio started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Adrián Máximo in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cachapoal AFC's Albin Duval. The audience was convinced that Salomón Larenas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Amaral was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Alegale United defense, Pedro José Urenda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adelino Marzullo. The Alegale United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adelino Marzullo should have stopped the shot. Salomón Larenas took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessandro Amaral. Alessandro Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Alegale United's goal looked a bit too open when Ricard Ambrosio came free, but Adelino Marzullo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro José Urenda struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Adelino Marzullo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachapoal AFC. In the 25th minute, Pío Schiappacasse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salomón Larenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Fernando Adriazola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cachapoal AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alegale United the free kick. Fernando Adriazola hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Pío Schiappacasse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alessandro Amaral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pedro José Urenda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Marzullo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricard Ambrosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alessandro Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pío Schiappacasse, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Cachapoal AFC's Alessandro Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salomón Larenas in the 45th minute of play. Pío Schiappacasse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessandro Amaral having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pío Schiappacasse to make the kick off. Pío Schiappacasse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alessandro Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Alegale United's zone, Pedro José Urenda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Marzullo came out of the goal and Pedro José Urenda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Cachapoal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Alfonso Paz to maneuver through the defense. Cachapoal AFC's attentive Albin Duval managed to snatch the ball when Telmo Felis made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th match minute, Cachapoal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefano Magnani to maneuver through the defense. If Pío Schiappacasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adelino Marzullo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro José Urenda in the 80th minute of the match. If Salomón Larenas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salomón Larenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salomón Larenas might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alessandro Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salomón Larenas ran back to his position shaking his head. Adelino Marzullo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricard Ambrosio in the 96th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Alegale United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
