Pau Casanova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Gazmuri having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Héctor David Veloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nicanor Pérez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 played minutes Club Atlético Camafeo got a freekick which was hit by Nauzet Harun. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Camafeo's goalkeeper Uriel Gazmuri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Raymundo Soto Tapia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Club Atlético Camafeo's Oliverio Valencia tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Nauzet Harun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Camafeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BlackBuin Rovers the free kick. A collision led to Club Atlético Camafeo getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nauzet Harun hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose Anabalon to make the kick off. Uriel Gazmuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pau Casanova, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When BlackBuin Rovers's Juan Luis Chavarria in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jose Anabalon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nicanor Pérez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Luis Chavarria struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Uriel Gazmuri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BlackBuin Rovers. In the 69th minute Juan Luis Chavarria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Gazmuri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Héctor David Veloso made a precise shot to the right of Nicanor Pérez. BlackBuin Rovers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The supporters of Club Atlético Camafeo booed when BlackBuin Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nacho Feyto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Héctor David Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Camafeo's supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor David Veloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Pérez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Club Atlético Camafeo booed when BlackBuin Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modestio Leyton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes in the game, Jose Anabalon fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicanor Pérez having to interfere. Pau Casanova recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Camafeo's Héctor David Veloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicanor Pérez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Club Atlético Camafeo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Atlético Camafeo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
