After a rather tough play, Vodka Juniors's Adrián Fredes got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Tulachica FC's Maximiliano Plaza in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Casimiro Illanes Ansaldo made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Remigio Arrué however managed to control. 36 minutes into the game, Casimiro Illanes Ansaldo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Vodka Juniors's Adrián Fredes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 37th minute, Marcelo Devilat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruyman Smith charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruyman Smith the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vodka Juniors getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. In the 47th minute, Tulachica FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marcelo Devilat fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

Mauricio Cea's late challenge caught a Vodka Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Cea helped the player get up and apologised. Vodka Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulachica FC the free kick. The supporters of Tulachica FC booed when Vodka Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odín Antonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xalvador Risopatrón in the 89th minute of play forced Vodka Juniors's goalkeeper Hipolito Ferreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
