General Manuel Baquedano's José Antonio Lorca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Rondón in the 40th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Espina made a kick off. Frédéric Chopin was a little too slow when Jiljí Ritter got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 3-1. 61 minutes into the match, Álvaro Yanque notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of General Manuel Baquedano's José Antonio Lorca.
