In the 3rd minute, Lucio Jose María Bernal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucio Jose María Bernal in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Passet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Passet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Mariano Mac Kay in the 9th minute of the match. When Isadoro Castex fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Larmahue's protests and gave Isadoro Castex a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Larmahue:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Combarbala:s goal. After 15 played minutes Larmahue got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Mariano Mac Kay. Lolo Leyton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oscar Passet. Combarbala's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Combarbala's Quim Sáenz suffered a concussion after 23 minutes and had to leave the field. Combarbala made a substitution. Roy Matute replaced Quim Sáenz. Manu García recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manu García in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mercurio Aristizaval saved Larmahue from getting behind. Manu García struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Mercurio Aristizaval didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Combarbala. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Andreas Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Larmahue's goal looked a bit too open when Manu García came free, but Mercurio Aristizaval reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Larmahue's Mercurio Aristizaval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manu García in the 65th minute of play. Mercurio Aristizaval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Modig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Manu García sped through Larmahue's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mercurio Aristizaval. Andreas Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Manu García left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Combarbala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Andreas Modig took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mercurio Aristizaval. Mercurio Aristizaval dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 82nd minute, Andreas Modig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mercurio Aristizaval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Modig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergi Arbildo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Oscar Passet made a huge save. Lucio Jose María Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roy Matute's late challenge caught a Larmahue's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roy Matute helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Combarbala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Matute to maneuver through the defense.
