Barni Raineri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, EL CHIVO F.C.'s Laureano Tinoco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nestor Katalinic. Nestor Katalinic yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ceandro Albis struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Carlo Enríquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacaya. Nestor Katalinic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barni Raineri, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Nestor Katalinic came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by EL CHIVO F.C.'s Barni Raineri. But to his dismay, Barni Raineri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 24 minutes of play, EL CHIVO F.C.'s Barni Raineri made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Katalinic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barni Raineri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Héctor David Chirinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Katalinic having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Barni Raineri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL CHIVO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Barni Raineri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th match minute, Sacaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceandro Albis to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Héctor David Chirinos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Katalinic was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

In the 51st minute, one of Sacaya:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sacaya. The referee gave EL CHIVO F.C. a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amancio Noriega, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sacaya's Nestor Katalinic. 5-1. In the 59th minute Barni Raineri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Katalinic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Próspero Oyarzabal hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Héctor David Chirinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL CHIVO F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor David Chirinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Katalinic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the game, Matteo Gorostizaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sacaya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL CHIVO F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Sacaya getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Matteo Gorostizaga hit a great ball. Nestor Katalinic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barni Raineri, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Matteo Gorostizaga was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. A collision led to Sacaya getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Matteo Gorostizaga hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, Sacaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viviano Soler to maneuver through the defense. Ceandro Albis hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When Barni Raineri came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the EL CHIVO F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barni Raineri couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Sacaya defense, Barni Raineri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Katalinic. The Sacaya fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Katalinic should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sacaya's zone, Héctor David Chirinos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Katalinic came out of the goal and Héctor David Chirinos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. EL CHIVO F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
