Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Casimiro Galdos kicked off to start the match. Francisco Iglesias charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Iglesias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ilalla FC booed when Renico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Iglesias didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Antonio Lermanda hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoro Lillo in the 6th minute of play forced Renico FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Butto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Mamani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Stig Widberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renico FC's Francisco Javier Butto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Galdos in the 10th minute of play. Enrique Mamani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Stig Widberg made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Renico FC's Caupolicán Del Pino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stig Widberg. Stig Widberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 23rd minute Casimiro Galdos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Javier Butto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Caupolicán Del Pino came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Renico FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caupolicán Del Pino couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caupolicán Del Pino in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Widberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Stig Widberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Francisco Javier Butto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victoro Lillo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Renico FC's Francisco Javier Butto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Galdos in the 39th minute of play. When Renico FC's Caupolicán Del Pino in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ilalla FC's goalie prevented a goal. 43 minutes into the match, Victoro Lillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Javier Butto. Renico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoro Lillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caupolicán Del Pino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victoro Lillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Mamani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Widberg having to interfere. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Renico FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Butto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victoro Lillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Javier Butto having to interfere. In the 71st minute Enrique Mamani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Widberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoro Lillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Francisco Javier Butto made a huge save. With a little luck, Renico FC's Francisco Javier Butto got control of the ball when Victoro Lillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Galdos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Javier Butto was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Miguel Marti suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 83 minutes, Ursino Goñi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Renico FC and the Ilalla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes, Renico FC's José Antonio Lermanda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stig Widberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Renico FC reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ilalla FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Renico FC.
