In the 25th minute Elías Dittmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio Cabedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Anselmo Iturralde sped through Tracalpulli's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Ignacio Cabedo. Carlos José Davy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juan Ignacio Cabedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludovico Aguiar in the 62nd minute of play. Anselmo Iturralde succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-1. Ervigio Aicardi kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iturralde in the 74th minute of play forced Tracalpulli's goalkeeper Juan Ignacio Cabedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sisebuto Tocornal during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Iturralde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Ignacio Cabedo was relentless in the 89th minute of the game.
