Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sisebuto Tocornal started the match with the kick off. After 9 played minutes Tracalpulli got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Ordaz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavier Angel Aravena in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Ignacio Cabedo saved Tracalpulli from getting behind. Tambo FC's Jonas Pays played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sisebuto Tocornal in the 12th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Juan Carlos Vera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonas Pays was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonas Pays made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sisebuto Tocornal in the 21st minute of play. Xavier Angel Aravena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tambo FC's Jonas Pays played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sisebuto Tocornal in the 25th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Xavier Angel Aravena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tracalpulli's Juan Ignacio Cabedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anselmo Mac Rae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Juan Ignacio Cabedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Xavier Angel Aravena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Angel Aravena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Ignacio Cabedo made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Maxín Raposo sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Tambo FC's Xavier Angel Aravena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Juan Ignacio Cabedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Angel Aravena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavier Angel Aravena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xavier Angel Aravena to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Dahlgren during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tracalpulli booed when Tambo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Dahlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Mercurio Viveros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Ignacio Cabedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Xavier Angel Aravena notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tracalpulli's Juan Ignacio Cabedo. Juan Ignacio Cabedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Xavier Angel Aravena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Ignacio Cabedo was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 63 minutes into the game, Tambo FC's Anselmo Mac Rae nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A collision led to Tracalpulli getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Epifanío Pinochet hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Xavier Angel Aravena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Ignacio Cabedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After having played for 78 minutes, Anselmo Mac Rae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Mac Rae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Ignacio Cabedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Angel Aravena, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Jaime Manhood's late challenge caught a Tambo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Manhood helped the player get up and apologised. Jaime Manhood hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Xavier Angel Aravena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Angel Aravena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute of the match Mercurio Viveros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Ignacio Cabedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Tambo FC's goalkeeper Jonas Pays had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Carlos Vera. When Anselmo Mac Rae came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tambo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Mac Rae couldn't finish the play. Tambo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
