Alexis Schaub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Marcelo Peebles having to interfere. After some careless play in the SANEANDO EL CLUB defense, Tamariz Adan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Marcelo Peebles. The SANEANDO EL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Marcelo Peebles should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as SANEANDO EL CLUB's Celino Pretot slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruyman Campino. That made the score 1-1 after 12 minutes of play. When Iván Luis Feldman came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the SANEANDO EL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iván Luis Feldman couldn't finish the play. Tamariz Adan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Daniel Malbrán did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Ruyman Campino 19 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes Gauchal AFC got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Andolini. After having played for 24 minutes, Daniel Malbrán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SANEANDO EL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Malbrán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iván Luis Feldman got free with Ruyman Campino in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruyman Campino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iván Luis Feldman, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Tamariz Adan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexis Schaub hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Salvador Huaiquiman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 44 played minutes SANEANDO EL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Larraeta. Gauchal AFC's Valentino Andolini quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juan Luis Frias, made in the 45th minute of the game. Ruyman Campino was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Salvador Huaiquiman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Salvador Huaiquiman really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iván Luis Feldman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patricio Charme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. José Marcelo Peebles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gauchal AFC's goalkeeper Ruyman Campino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Huaiquiman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ruyman Campino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Salvador Huaiquiman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Salvador Huaiquiman came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the SANEANDO EL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Huaiquiman couldn't finish the play. If Tamariz Adan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Salvador Huaiquiman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SANEANDO EL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Huaiquiman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 minutes of play, SANEANDO EL CLUB's Salvador Huaiquiman made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruyman Campino was left in no man's land by his defense there! SANEANDO EL CLUB's Salvador Huaiquiman got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zenón Lemonde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ruyman Campino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Gauchal AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Luis Feldman came free, but Ruyman Campino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Alexis Schaub took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for José Marcelo Peebles to make any attempt to save it. José Marcelo Peebles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexis Schaub in the 91st minute. Salvador Huaiquiman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the SANEANDO EL CLUB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
