EL RUBIO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Liberto Mundaca notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of EL RUBIO FC's Laureano Domínguez. Laureano Domínguez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Carlos Gustavo Arostegui came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the CD Uli Hoeneß EV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Gustavo Arostegui couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ángel Gabella managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Uli Hoeneß EV's supporters rose to their feet, but Ángel Gabella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Domínguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EL RUBIO FC's Laureano Domínguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ángel Gabella in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Ángel Gabella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Uli Hoeneß EV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL RUBIO FC the free kick. Florencio Parot might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nafarroa González. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Parot ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th match minute, CD Uli Hoeneß EV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bautista Infantas to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Videla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nafarroa González. CD Uli Hoeneß EV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Florencio Parot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL RUBIO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Parot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Domínguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pere Jordi Alico, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Alcadio Garachena made the kick off in the second half. Florencio Parot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for CD Uli Hoeneß EV. Xalvador Hamdorf stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Laureano Domínguez. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in EL RUBIO FC's zone, Pere Jordi Alico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Domínguez came out of the goal and Pere Jordi Alico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingo Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The CD Uli Hoeneß EV fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when CD Uli Hoeneß EV's Carlos Gustavo Arostegui looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 67th minute, Carlos Gustavo Arostegui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Uli Hoeneß EV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Laureano Domínguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Gustavo Arostegui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Villalobos hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes, EL RUBIO FC's Cerilo Barriga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nafarroa González came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in EL RUBIO FC reached it. Carlos Gustavo Arostegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, EL RUBIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Visen Magnolfi to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Enzo Rinaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Domínguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, EL RUBIO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Gustavo Arostegui came free, but Laureano Domínguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Carlos Gustavo Arostegui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL RUBIO FC's Laureano Domínguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florencio Parot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Nafarroa González tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Liberto Mundaca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. EL RUBIO FC's Julián Camacho shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Nafarroa González but with some difficulty. When EL RUBIO FC's Alcadio Garachena in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Uli Hoeneß EV's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CD Uli Hoeneß EV had played much better football throughout.
