Abdul Valdelomar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lanceros FC's Abdul Valdelomar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Alviña in the 27th minute of play. When Lanceros FC's Baudelio Bustillos in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galles FC's goalie prevented a goal. Roman Oester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salbatore Gilberto in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Baudelio Bustillos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lanceros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galles FC the free kick. In the 35th minute, Ruperto Arratia made a precise shot to the right of Abdul Valdelomar. Lanceros FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Lanceros FC's Jaime Deves got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronaldo Alviña hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldo Alviña stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lanceros FC's Baudelio Bustillos got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Baudelio Bustillos off the ground. Salbatore Gilberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Oester having to interfere. Galles FC's Roman Oester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salbatore Gilberto in the 61st minute of play. Roman Oester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salbatore Gilberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Noé Mac Auliffe kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Alviña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdul Valdelomar. Lanceros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Alviña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Israel Villarreal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Archibaldo Owen's late challenge caught a Lanceros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Archibaldo Owen helped the player get up and apologised. Archibaldo Owen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 75 minutes, Noé Mac Auliffe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lanceros FC and the Galles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abdul Valdelomar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Marco in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Ruperto Arratia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdul Valdelomar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 80th match minute, Lanceros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Danitz to maneuver through the defense. Abdul Valdelomar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Arratia in the 83rd minute. If Salbatore Gilberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Galles FC booed when Lanceros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Deves didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Alviña in the 94th minute of play forced Lanceros FC's goalkeeper Abdul Valdelomar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lanceros FC's Abdul Valdelomar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Alviña in the 96th minute of play. The Galles FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
