Nafarroa San Miguel's late challenge caught a FC Anderlecht Huachipato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Felix Txilar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Victorino Peake managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Peake was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natalio Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Alexandrino Gameiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Natalio Duarte. The goal made the score 0-11. When Alexandrino Gameiro came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the FC Anderlecht Huachipato fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandrino Gameiro couldn't finish the play. FC Anderlecht Huachipato's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
