Lucas Marine scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mercurio Coulin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mercurio Coulin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Füller in the 47th minute of the match.

Victoro Aldunate hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves César Füller could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Mercurio Coulin however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Huallilemu AFC's zone, Marcos Valenzuela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Felipe Schmidt came out of the goal and Marcos Valenzuela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Durango sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pablo Esquivel fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huallilemu AFC's protests and gave Pablo Esquivel a yellow card for diving instead. Pablo Esquivel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
