In the 30thth minute of the game Gregorio Quintero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Dormunt's Lisandro Mitrea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cobresal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dino Scapini in the 31st minute. The corner led Cobresal's Arneil Kurth to fire away a dangerous shot which Lisandro Mitrea despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 33 minutes Borussia Dormunt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dino Scapini who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that José Ignacio Allard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lisandro Mitrea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Gregorio Quintero sped through Borussia Dormunt's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lisandro Mitrea. Lisandro Mitrea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Quintero's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Quintero in the 43rd minute of play forced Borussia Dormunt's goalkeeper Lisandro Mitrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attila Iványi charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
