Spectators: 8105 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 168) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adelino Menares got the match started through his kick off. Christiano Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Marinkovic in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 minutes Legion 501st's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luciano Dunn who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Saint Sophia's Luciano Dunn to fire away a dangerous shot which Christiano Koehler despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Archibaldo Mundaca struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Christiano Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saint Sophia. Archibaldo Mundaca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Koehler having to interfere. Nedas Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Fadda in the 11th minute of play. Eleuterio Loyola hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute of the match Celedonio Abrahamsohn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nedas Gol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nedas Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Fadda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Archibaldo Mundaca hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Adelino Menares notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol. Nedas Gol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nedas Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Fadda in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Legion 501st was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Salgado to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Ramon María Painecura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legion 501st fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Nedas Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Fadda, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Nedas Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Fadda in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Adelino Menares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedas Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Marinkovic to strike the kick off in the second half. Christiano Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archibaldo Ulibarrigamboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Diego Marinkovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Koehler having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Legion 501st's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Marinkovic came free, but Christiano Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Ávila kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Nedas Gol made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Omar Fadda sent off a good shot on target. After 73 played minutes Saint Sophia got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Quiroz. 75 minutes into the game, Legion 501st's Ramon María Painecura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nedas Gol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Ruperto Bulboa's late challenge caught a Saint Sophia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Bulboa helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Legion 501st got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Bulboa. Diego Marinkovic struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Christiano Koehler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saint Sophia. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adelino Menares got free with Nedas Gol in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nedas Gol made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Adelino Menares sent off a good shot on target. Celedonio Abrahamsohn received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nedas Gol came out and tried to block the shot, but Celedonio Abrahamsohn slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute of the game, Diego Marinkovic landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 94 minutes into the game, Abel Mosquera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legion 501st's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Sophia the free kick. The supporters of Saint Sophia booed when Legion 501st was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Mosquera didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Victor Hugo Letelier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
