Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucero Marrodan to make the kick off. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. VERDE NILO's Gustavo Canales was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arnaldo Morandé showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Miguel Galdames in the 78th minute of the match. VERDE NILO's Arnaldo Morandé played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucero Marrodan in the 80th minute of play. Carlos Alberto Urrutia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Aránguiz having to interfere. In the 90th minute of the match Florinio Pavez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauricio Aránguiz skillfully saved the ball. Francisco Miguel Galdames took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnaldo Morandé. Arnaldo Morandé dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3.
