Ruperto Bettini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Lundgren in the 10th minute of the match. If Rickard Lundgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute, Gonzalo Zamora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, LA 90's goalkeeper Ruperto Bettini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alifonso Irisarri. Ruperto Bettini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Lundgren in the 19th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Alifonso Irisarri put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ruperto Bettini. LA 90's Ruperto Bettini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Lundgren in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by LA 90's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zxavian 关平 was slow to take the kick. During this time Pichuleitors FC's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Warnes in the 30th minute of play forced Pichuleitors FC's goalkeeper Viktor Påk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Archibaldo Peñaranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alifonso Irisarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Ruperto Bettini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alifonso Irisarri might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Bettini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alifonso Irisarri ran back to his position shaking his head. Ruperto Bettini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alifonso Irisarri, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Rickard Lundgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ruperto Bettini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
