Elias Walton hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Lois Campillo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Teodoro Wickel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Antúnez, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Melosas AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor Magallanes in the 35th minute. A well done corner resulted in Eduard Zárate drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind Club Universidad Chile XO's goalkeeper. Melosas AFC's Salomón Fariña got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Club Universidad Chile XO's Teodoro Wickel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Antúnez in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute Elias Walton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wal Gold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estebano Mandacovic to strike the kick off in the second half. Sarracino Soria hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Adriano Antúnez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Teodoro Wickel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Estebano Mandacovic struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Wal Gold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Universidad Chile XO. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Antúnez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodoro Wickel. That made the score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. Lois Campillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Teodoro Wickel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 minutes, Enmanuel Velasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Melosas AFC and the Club Universidad Chile XO players grew even worse after the yellow card. 70 minutes into the match, Melosas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Walton came free, but Wal Gold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Melosas AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Adriano Antúnez hit a great ball. Baudelio From fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wal Gold having to interfere. Teodoro Wickel was a little too slow when Enmanuel Velasco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-4. Teodoro Wickel was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Adriano Antúnez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adriano Antúnez really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Lois Campillo took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Wickel. Teodoro Wickel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Club Universidad Chile XO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Adriano Antúnez scored to the left of an out of position Teodoro Wickel, making the score, 1-7. Teodoro Wickel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Antúnez's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Lois Campillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Teodoro Wickel made a huge save. Adriano Antúnez scored 1-8 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodoro Wickel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Melosas AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Universidad Chile XO.
