In the 20th minute, Urtsín Bravo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruperto Bettini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Patterson in the 21st minute of the match. Pucarani's Ruperto Bettini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Pucarani from getting a goal against them. In the 24th match minute, Pucarani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Arjona to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Llucura getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ernesto Aloisi hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Thiago Gaviria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruperto Bettini. Pucarani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Gaviria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
