Esequiel Santiago took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerzy Kapera. Jerzy Kapera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Di Wei in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerzy Kapera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Di Wei got free with Jerzy Kapera in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Di Wei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerzy Kapera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Di Wei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 30 minute of play. Di Wei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jerzy Kapera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Justino Swett charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Swett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 58 minutes into the game, one of Sotaqui FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jerzy Kapera had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Yoel Melgarejo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Di Wei, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 63 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jerzy Kapera was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Di Wei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Kapera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Jerzy Kapera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Di Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, The Mugiwara Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Saúl Marzi came free, but Enmanuel Amiot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sotaqui FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. José Antonio Balboa hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sotaqui FC's zone, Yoel Melgarejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Kapera came out of the goal and Yoel Melgarejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Di Wei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sotaqui FC's goalkeeper Jerzy Kapera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 82 minutes Sotaqui FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yoel Melgarejo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Yoel Melgarejo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jerzy Kapera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jerzy Kapera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Di Wei in the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Di Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Di Wei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerzy Kapera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerzy Kapera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Di Wei's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Lucio Peñafiel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Peñafiel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Di Wei might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerzy Kapera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Di Wei ran back to his position shaking his head. The Mugiwara Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
