Tohias Alavedra was slow to take the kick. During this time Dragones Celestes's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rutenio Nilo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Thunderboys fc's Bogumil Odachowski did a great save. In the 18th match minute, Dragones Celestes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miliano Lataste to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Sisebuto Frost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogumil Odachowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Emilio Felipe Quintupran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogumil Odachowski. Thunderboys fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Felipe Quintupran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Dragones Celestes's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Moller came free, but Altay Dağdelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elano Kaká made a kick off. Bogumil Odachowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sisebuto Frost's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Emilio Felipe Quintupran might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogumil Odachowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Felipe Quintupran ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sisebuto Frost got free with Bogumil Odachowski in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domingo Garzo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match, Angelo Cuevas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bogumil Odachowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dragones Celestes's Altay Dağdelen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Moller in the 60th minute of play. Altay Dağdelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elano Kaká, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thunderboys fc's goalkeeper Bogumil Odachowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Angelo Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sisebuto Frost in the 75th minute of play forced Thunderboys fc's goalkeeper Bogumil Odachowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sisebuto Frost took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bogumil Odachowski. Bogumil Odachowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Sisebuto Frost got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dragones Celestes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
