When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Sentis Ciblis sped through U de Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Siluna San Miguel. 22 minutes into the match, Bernt Göransson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siluna San Miguel. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Siluna San Miguel was a little too slow when Sentis Ciblis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-17. Siluna San Miguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fan Xing Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to U de Chile getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Roland Vaccia hit a great ball.
