In the 18thth minute of the game Yerko Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Algarrobo's Everardo Ado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 minutes Algarrobo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lennart Bengtsson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Lennart Bengtsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Everardo Ado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Wilfredo Marchetti came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Algarrobo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Marchetti couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute Wilfredo Marchetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Pedraza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sentis Ciblis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Mateo Pedraza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Cañas in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yerko Gol in the 28th minute of play forced Algarrobo's goalkeeper Everardo Ado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Pedraza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Ignacio Vera went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score.
