Tom Howard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Barnard in the 8th minute of the match. Eduard Messia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvanito Sangra hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes Atlanticalvos FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricard Fierro. Bennie Michaud hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Crucero del Sur's Eduard Messia got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Leonides Felipillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Crucero del Sur's Tom Howard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennie Michaud in the 26th minute of play. Enrique Barnard made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Crucero del Sur's José Marcelo Vildosola. After a rather tough play, Crucero del Sur's Marco Cossio got a free kick in the 34th minute. José Marcelo Vildosola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Neiva having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 40th minute when Bennie Michaud elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Crucero del Sur's Tom Howard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Gurgul in the 44th minute of play. Tom Howard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennie Michaud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Czeslaw Gurgul was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Czeslaw Gurgul sped through Crucero del Sur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tom Howard. A collision led to Crucero del Sur getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Abdón Baros hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Atlanticalvos FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Marcelo Vildosola came free, but Tales Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Howard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Hjälm in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58thth minute of the game Czeslaw Gurgul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crucero del Sur's Tom Howard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tom Howard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Schaub, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Felipillo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tales Neiva saved Atlanticalvos FC from getting behind. A collision led to Crucero del Sur getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Víctor Javier Escobillana hit a great ball. Czeslaw Gurgul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When %teams%'s Enrique Barnard was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-3 just inside the left pole, 73 minutes into the game. Tom Howard was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. After 77 minutes, Czeslaw Gurgul made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Crucero del Sur's Tom Howard tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Atlanticalvos FC's Czeslaw Gurgul in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crucero del Sur's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Crucero del Sur's Abdón Baros got a free kick in the 85th minute. Tales Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdón Baros in the 88th minute of the match. José Marcelo Vildosola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Neiva having to interfere. In the 96th minute Guillermo Schaub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Howard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Crucero del Sur supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlanticalvos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlanticalvos FC.
