Spectators: 9233 (Terracing: 6926, Seating: 2124, VIP seats: 183) CDU Católica's Tauro Fontecilla started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to TurboUC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Julius Vranx hit a great ball. In the 4th minute Miguel Ángel Riesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salamón Del Fierro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Miguel Ángel Riesco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Salamón Del Fierro. Miguel Ángel Riesco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Salamón Del Fierro was a little too slow when Miguel Ángel Riesco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 20th minute of the match Thomas Lawrie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salamón Del Fierro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salamón Del Fierro was a little too slow when Miguel Ángel Riesco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. Thanks to some nice moves Miguel Ángel Riesco could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Salamón Del Fierro however easily saved by the left post. If Miguel Ángel Riesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Ángel Riesco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Salamón Del Fierro made a huge save. Orlín Rozas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóbal Lataste in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salamón Del Fierro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute John Snow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salamón Del Fierro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes CDU Católica got a freekick which was hit by Justino Mario. In the 53rd minute of the match Thomas Lawrie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salamón Del Fierro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristóbal Lataste got free with Orlín Rozas in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th match minute, CDU Católica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tauro Fontecilla to maneuver through the defense. Salamón Del Fierro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Lawrie in the 59th minute of play. Miguel Ángel Riesco took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salamón Del Fierro. Salamón Del Fierro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Salomón Avendaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TurboUC's Cui Ling Xi was substituted for Juan González. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóbal Lataste in the 68th minute of play forced TurboUC's goalkeeper Orlín Rozas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TurboUC's Orlín Rozas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save TurboUC from getting a goal against them. In the 77thth minute of the game Miguel Ángel Riesco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CDU Católica's Salamón Del Fierro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salamón Del Fierro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 82nd minute of the match. TurboUC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after CDU Católica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thomas Lawrie took the corner. TurboUC's Thomas Lawrie was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Salamón Del Fierro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Miguel Ángel Riesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 86th minute Miguel Ángel Riesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salamón Del Fierro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salamón Del Fierro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Snow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristóbal Lataste came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orlín Rozas could save by the left post. Orlín Rozas was a little too slow when Tauro Fontecilla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 7-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TurboUC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CDU Católica had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
