After 24 minutes of play, Baez FC's Thalis Papazisis made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobías Quilempan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th minute, Thalis Papazisis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baez FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Baez FC's Horacio Jesus Carvallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Fazzini in the 52nd minute of play. Tobías Quilempan made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Thalis Papazisis sent off a good shot on target. Horacio Jesus Carvallo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Said Hamed's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermegildo Fazzini in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Jesus Carvallo saved Baez FC from getting behind. A collision led to Club Deportes La Serena getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Georgiy Fedoseev hit a great ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportes La Serena's goalkeeper Tobías Quilempan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tobías Quilempan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Papazisis in the 63rd minute of the match.
