Zavier Conde showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Club Deportes La Serena's Tobías Quilempan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Major in the 23rd minute of play. Nopoche's attentive Enrico Molinaro managed to snatch the ball when Bonifacio Cristofor made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Major in the 29th minute of play forced Club Deportes La Serena's goalkeeper Tobías Quilempan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobías Quilempan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosius Peelen in the 37th minute of the match. The throw-in from Bonifacio Cristofor in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nopoche's Edilberto Esparza. Club Deportes La Serena's Tobías Quilempan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Major in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Club Deportes La Serena's Tobías Quilempan got control of the ball when Zavier Conde tried to sneak it across the goal line. Said Hamed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sun De Ting having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Nopoche's Zavier Conde in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Club Deportes La Serena's Georgiy Fedoseev got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nopoche made a substitution. Sonic Boo replaced Ismael Major. Club Deportes La Serena made a substitution. Haroldo Ayorecha replaced Mirco Milbradt. Sun De Ting was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Soso Cheishvili capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Soso Cheishvili really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Zavier Conde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobías Quilempan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Nopoche's Aldo Zurita was substituted for Zavier Conde. Club Deportes La Serena's Salvatore Bunster was substituted for Juan Luis Illescas. In the 83rd minute of the match Club Deportes La Serena got a corner. Nopoche's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sten Pååk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sten Pååk made a great header on Club Deportes La Serena's corner, it was just that Nopoche's Sun De Ting managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Nopoche booed when Club Deportes La Serena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Cristofor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efraín Sudi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Soso Cheishvili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd match minute, Nopoche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sonic Boo to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Cristofor made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Soso Cheishvili. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Nopoche were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Deportes La Serena for much of the match.
