In the 27th match minute, Tempera AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Adam King blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noel Sampaio having to make a save. With 31 minutes on the clock, Agostinho Cordeiro commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 30th minute, one of Tempera AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tempera AD. João Carlos Moraes's late challenge caught a Gold Star Two's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Carlos Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gold Star Two booed when Tempera AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Adam King shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam King in the 41st minute of play forced Tempera AD's goalkeeper Noel Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Paulo Rodrigues during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zé Paulo Rodrigues hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vítor Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. Nelson do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Noel Sampaio made a huge save. Noel Sampaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelson do Nascimento in the 62nd minute. Gold Star Two's Duarte de Souza was substituted for Dito Alagoano. A collision led to Tempera AD getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Vítor Abreu hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gold Star Two's Nelson do Nascimento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Noel Sampaio. That made the score 1-1 after 76 minutes of play. Noel Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam King in the 79th minute of play. Zé Paulo Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Rafael Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Gold Star Two was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. The Gold Star Two players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tempera AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
