Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jânio Pena got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Nico Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauã Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauã Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josué de Souza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Breno Seco came out and tried to block the shot, but Josué de Souza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Dalmo Lopez struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Cauã Rosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Engenharia da Aeronáutica. In the 21st match minute, Limeirinha AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Ramos to maneuver through the defense. After 22 minutes of play, Engenharia da Aeronáutica's Jânio Pena made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauã Rosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Engenharia da Aeronáutica's Jânio Pena got a free kick in the 24th minute. Dalmo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cauã Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cauã Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio Pena in the 31st minute of play. Gualter Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Limeirinha AD getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Raphael Linhares hit a great ball. When Engenharia da Aeronáutica's Jânio Pena in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Limeirinha AD's goalie prevented a goal. Cauã Rosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gil Carioca went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josué de Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Breno da Silva hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th match minute, Limeirinha AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Maia to maneuver through the defense. Breno Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué de Souza in the 56th minute of play. Cauã Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Linhares in the 62nd minute of play forced Engenharia da Aeronáutica's goalkeeper Breno Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raphael Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Dalmo Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Engenharia da Aeronáutica's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmo Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauã Rosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute of the match, Rubinho Fonseca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cauã Rosa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Limeirinha AD's Cauã Rosa got control of the ball when Nico Madureira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benjamin Veloso hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Limeirinha AD's Raphael Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Engenharia da Aeronáutica players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
