Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eduardo Bittencourt kicked off to start the match. When Elói Maranhense came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Lindeza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói Maranhense couldn't finish the play. If Fiori Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Futuro's Wágner Teles got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Futuro's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Maranhense came free, but Geovânio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Futuro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Simão Quadros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geovânio Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elói Maranhense in the 16th minute of the match. Armando Lopes hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Wágner Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Futuro's Geovânio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago da Cunha in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Elói Maranhense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geovânio Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Lindeza's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Bittencourt came free, but Denílson Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovânio Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Eduardo Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futuro's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Bittencourt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denílson Carioca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Fiori Barreto made a precise shot to the right of Geovânio Perez. Futuro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 0-2 became the score in the 46th minute when Elói Maranhense elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elói Maranhense made a kick off. Washington Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Fiori Barreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Geovânio Perez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Lindeza's Júnior Vale got a free kick in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Futuro's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Maranhense came free, but Geovânio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Bittencourt in the 65th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Elói Maranhense got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 70 played minutes Futuro got a freekick which was hit by Washington Zonta. In the 72nd minute, Elói Maranhense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denílson Carioca came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Futuro's Eduardo Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Eduardo Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Geovânio Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fiori Barreto in the 80th minute. Fiori Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Geovânio Perez made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Futuro's goalkeeper Geovânio Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fiori Barreto. After having played for 90 minutes, Fiori Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lindeza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fiori Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lindeza's Fiori Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elói Maranhense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lindeza's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
