Edelmiro Honesto struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Albertinho Mello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baliza AD. Edelmiro Honesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Germano Vinhas came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Baliza AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germano Vinhas couldn't finish the play. Ediberto Lara hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Fiori Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DGorges's protests and gave Fiori Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Baliza AD booed when DGorges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiori Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Germano Vinhas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Albertinho Mello quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Baliza AD booed when DGorges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauã Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Chicão Couto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DGorges's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baliza AD the free kick. After 44 played minutes DGorges got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Couto. Albertinho Mello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Honesto in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Honesto to strike the kick off in the second half. Digo de Brito charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Digo de Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edelmiro Honesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 played minutes Baliza AD got a freekick which was hit by Benedicto Sayvion. With a little luck, DGorges's Albertinho Mello got control of the ball when Edelmiro Honesto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matías Mumbach might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aírton Fontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matías Mumbach ran back to his position shaking his head. Matías Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hílton Corrêa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aírton Fontes having to make a save. In the 73rd minute, Matías Mumbach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aírton Fontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. DGorges's Albertinho Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Sayvion in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Baliza AD getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edelmiro Honesto hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Matías Mumbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. DGorges's supporters rose to their feet, but Matías Mumbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aírton Fontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hílton Corrêa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aírton Fontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Baliza AD's goal looked a bit too open when Digo de Brito came free, but Aírton Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aírton Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Digo de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Corrêa in the 90th minute of play forced Baliza AD's goalkeeper Aírton Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aírton Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Corrêa in the 91st minute of play. Hílton Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
