In the 86th match minute, Arapapa AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Arapapa AD's zone, Eduardo Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Braga came out of the goal and Eduardo Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Arapapa AD booed when Ideao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Uggla didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ideao left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arapapa AD.
