Wilian Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Santiago Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Brito. In the 7th minute, Cemoaba SC's Arthur Pernambucano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Valdemar Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Cemoaba SC's Orlando Dante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdemar Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arthur Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Valdemar Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Raptors FC's Valdemar Bertassi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Santiago Raptors FC from getting a goal against them. If Orlando Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Santiago Raptors FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arthur Pernambucano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Valdemar Bertassi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cemoaba SC's Walmyr Moraes. But to his dismay, Walmyr Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Brito in the 27th minute of play forced Cemoaba SC's goalkeeper Anselmo Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cemoaba SC's Arthur Pernambucano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valdemar Bertassi. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. Arthur Pernambucano scored 4-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdemar Bertassi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Pernambucano got free with Valdemar Bertassi in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valdemar Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Pernambucano in the 43rd minute of play. Anselmo Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertino Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Bertassi having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albertino Brito was the one to do the kick off. Valdemar Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Mello in the 51st minute of the match. Valdemar Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Pernambucano in the 63rd minute of play. Orlando Dante took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdemar Bertassi. Valdemar Bertassi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 70 minutes into the match, Cemoaba SC's Walmyr Moraes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdemar Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Brito in the 71st minute of play forced Cemoaba SC's goalkeeper Anselmo Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilian Amorim struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Anselmo Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santiago Raptors FC. After a rather tough play, Santiago Raptors FC's Dionísio Lopes got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Walmyr Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Bertassi having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Patrício Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cemoaba SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrício Toscano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cemoaba SC's Patrício Toscano got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edu Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Walmyr Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Orlando Dante notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Santiago Raptors FC's Valdemar Bertassi. Valdemar Bertassi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Cemoaba SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
