After 23 played minutes Green Label United got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Miranda. Jaime Amorim acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Reynaldo Alvarenga. Leonel Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Araújo having to interfere. If Allan Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Braga scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fiori Araújo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Allan Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Império Galático getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Váldson Neto hit a great ball. After the first half Green Label United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Allan Barros to make the kick off. Frank Siqueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Amorim having to make a save. In the 53rdth minute of the game Maurício Marquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Label United's Jaime Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Império Galático booed when Green Label United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurício Marquez took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Amorim. Jaime Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Império Galático. Império Galático's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Siqueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, Green Label United's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Siqueira came free, but Jaime Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Império Galático got a corner. Green Label United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reynaldo Alvarenga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Chiquinho Amorim made a great header on Império Galático's corner, it was just that Green Label United's Jaime Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. Green Label United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
