After having played for 3 minutes, Wilson Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gaurama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Teles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raí Moura had great luck who in the 5thth minute grab hold of the ball when Wilson Teles from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Raí Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Marciewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Wilson Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Igor Sergipano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Marciewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Raí Moura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorginho Martins went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Asdiubal's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Teles came free, but Raí Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Wilson Teles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Asdiubal's Raí Moura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raí Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Tande in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Gaurama got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Zilles. Daniel Marciewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Adolfo Barreto in the 39th minute of the match. Donatello Cerezo took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raí Moura. Raí Moura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilson Teles to make the kick off. If João Adolfo Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaurama's Donatello Cerezo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilson Teles in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raí Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Washington Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilson Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raí Moura having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Wilson Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raí Moura was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Igor Sergipano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Daniel Marciewicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Asdiubal getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Yan Martins hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Donatello Cerezo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gaurama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Wilson Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Júlio Zilles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raí Moura. Asdiubal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Júlio Zilles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Gaurama's Wilson Teles got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute Wilson Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raí Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raí Moura having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gaurama fully deserved thier win.
