The Montenegro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silas de Queirós should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Raúl Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dawid Czciborek. Espote Clube Areal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raúl Neves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Dawid Czciborek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Baptista in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Baptista in the 28th minute of play forced Espote Clube Areal's goalkeeper Dawid Czciborek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes Montenegro got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Fernandez. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Júnior Mota took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Silas de Queirós to make any attempt to save it. Júnior Motas short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Silas de Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 44th minute of the match, Júnior Mota got a very nice opportunity to score, but Silas de Queirós was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Montenegro's Silas de Queirós got control of the ball when Júnior Mota tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 56 minutes, Téo Alvarenga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montenegro and the Espote Clube Areal players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Montenegro getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Téo Alvarenga hit a great ball. 4-1 became the score in the 58th minute when Robinho Pontes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dawid Czciborek made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Raúl Neves sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charles Neiva during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Charles Neiva hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raúl Neves got free with Dawid Czciborek in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
