In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bonitinho's goalkeeper Jacinto Sarmento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Bonitinho's Leonardo Sarmento in the 25th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Michel Dracena was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for jura Jam through an amazing save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Sarmento in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel Dracena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bonitinho's Leonardo Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Bonitinho getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Paulo Vergílio hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Leonardo Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Doni Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Paulo Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Michel Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Vitinho Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Paulo Severo's late challenge caught a jura Jam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Paulo Severo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of jura Jam booed when Bonitinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Paulo Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Mattos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Jacinto Sarmento made a huge save. Teodoro Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Sarmento having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, jura Jam's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Sarmento came free, but Michel Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doni Senna during the 76th minute.
