Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zé Antunes made the kick off and thus started the match. After 8 minutes, Alessandro Galvão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gerencia and the Carrazedo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carrazedo's Clemente Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Gerencia got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Coelho. Tony Pires succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 37th playminute. In the 40th minute, Tadeu Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toninho Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Pires in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gerencia's zone, Clemente Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Túlio Travassos came out of the goal and Clemente Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidnei Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Hoffmann made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Zé Antunes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gerencia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Toninho Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Pires in the 62nd minute of play. Clemente Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Túlio Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeu Cardoso charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeu Cardoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Carrazedo getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Tadeu Cardoso hit a great ball. João Vítor Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Túlio Travassos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sidnei Arce went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When Alessandro Galvão was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. Carrazedo's Toninho Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Pires in the 88th minute of play. Sidnei Arce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Túlio Travassos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Carrazedo's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Pires came free, but Toninho Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tony Pires came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Gerencia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Pires couldn't finish the play. 97 minutes into the game, Abelardo Terra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrazedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gerencia the free kick. After 97 played minutes Carrazedo got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Terra. The corner led to Gerencia's Enéas Peixoto getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Gerencia's Enéas Peixoto got a free kick in the 100th minute.
