He walked away shaking his head. In the 11th match minute, Quieto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fernando Hames to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldinho Cardoso was a little too slow when Juan Fernandez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Quieto's Jefferson Zanette got a free kick in the 17th minute. ACADEMY TOHO's Eliézer Mandrak shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ronaldinho Cardoso but with some difficulty. Juan Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ronaldinho Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitório Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitório Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ronaldinho Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Juan Fernandez took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ronaldinho Cardoso to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Juan Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACADEMY TOHO's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldinho Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mazinho Ferraz came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the ACADEMY TOHO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazinho Ferraz couldn't finish the play. Jean Ramalho's late challenge caught a ACADEMY TOHO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. Jean Ramalho hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Jefferson Zanette charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jefferson Zanette the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Juan Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Cardoso having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Quieto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Zanette to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Quieto's Jefferson Zanette got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute of the match Eliézer Mandrak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronaldinho Cardoso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rafael de Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rafael de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ACADEMY TOHO's Juan Fernandez in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quieto's goalie prevented a goal. In the 78th match minute, ACADEMY TOHO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. Quieto's Ronaldinho Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael de Queiroz in the 84th minute of play. Juan Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Cardoso having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, ACADEMY TOHO's Rafael de Queiroz made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronaldinho Cardoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juan Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ronaldinho Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
