But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Esteves couldn't finish the play. After 27 minutes, Renato Porto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Time de Futebol and the Broca SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Time de Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Renato Porto. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Wilton Salles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The Broca SS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Time de Futebol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
