Álvaro Porto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Nilmar Vinhas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Macaranduba SS's goalkeeper Nilmar Vinhas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dé Monteiro. Nilmar Vinhas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dé Monteiro in the 67th minute. Dinei Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor Dantas in the 72nd minute of play. Dé Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Nilmar Vinhas made a huge save. Nilmar Vinhas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dé Monteiro in the 90th minute. When Erasmo Paranaense came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Boreby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Paranaense couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, Boreby failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
