Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Breno Ferreira kicked off to start the match. Winterfell FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Armindo Mattos 5 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Haroldo Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the game, Marcelinho Meirelles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arejas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Winterfell FC the free kick. The supporters of Winterfell FC booed when Arejas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelinho Meirelles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Breno Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winterfell FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Ferreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cristian Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Ferreira in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Leão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haroldo Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Linhares in the 19th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Arejas FC got a freekick which was hit by Percy Goiano. Cristian Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Haroldo Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelinho Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Winterfell FC got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Lira. The crowd rose to their feet as Arejas FC's Kaká Branco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bebeto Rocha. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Armindo Mattos made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Armindo Mattos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bebeto Rocha. Winterfell FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armindo Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Breno Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winterfell FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Ferreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Leão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armindo Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Breno Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Breno Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winterfell FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Breno Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bebeto Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Winterfell FC's Jano Bastos got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes of play, Arejas FC's Kaká Branco made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bebeto Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haroldo Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Arejas FC had won after a very even match.
