Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrézinho Costa took the kick off in the first half of the match. TaLentos FC's Olívio Favoretto suffered a concussion after 2 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wanderson Lopez during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. TaLentos FC's Paulo Renato França was substituted for Olívio Favoretto. After 3 played minutes Laginha got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Lopez. After 7 played minutes TaLentos FC got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Fontes. Manoel Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Cristian Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dário Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gergely Páncsics tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Renato França struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Cristian Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TaLentos FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelsinho Catarinense got free with Cristian Fernandez in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, one of TaLentos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TaLentos FC. TaLentos FC's Paulo Renato França got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Rubinho Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorginho Mumbach struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cristian Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TaLentos FC. Gergely Páncsics tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Andrézinho Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gergely Páncsics was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gergely Páncsics showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrézinho Costa in the 35th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Laginha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubinho Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Andrézinho Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gergely Páncsics saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 played minutes TaLentos FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Silva. After the first half Laginha were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nelsinho Catarinense to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Nelsinho Catarinense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Laginha getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dário Silva hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Jorginho Mumbach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Cristian Fernandez came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by TaLentos FC's Nelsinho Catarinense. But to his dismay, Nelsinho Catarinense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Laginha's Andrézinho Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, TaLentos FC's Vladimir Silva got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Gergely Páncsics showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrézinho Costa in the 73rd minute of the match. When Rubinho Pinheiro fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laginha's protests and gave Rubinho Pinheiro a yellow card for diving instead. Rubinho Pinheiro hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes of play, TaLentos FC's Nelsinho Catarinense made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Juan da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andrézinho Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Andrézinho Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laginha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TaLentos FC the free kick. Andrézinho Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Nelsinho Catarinense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Fernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. When Andrézinho Costa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. The supporters of TaLentos FC booed when Laginha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrézinho Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorginho Mumbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Fernandez having to interfere. Nelsinho Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TaLentos FC's Nelsinho Catarinense got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laginha's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
