When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Hugo Paranaense put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Silas da Silveira. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Hugo Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mulher Futebol e Cerveja's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silas da Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Léo Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulão Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorian Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mulher Futebol e Cerveja's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristiano dos Santos was slow to take the kick. During this time Ocaucu's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ocaucu's José Carlos de Amorim to fire away a dangerous shot which Paulão Hermes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Hugo Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Silas da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Léo Pinho to make the kick off. Léo Pinho charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léo Pinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ocaucu getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. The referee ignored Mulher Futebol e Cerveja's protests and gave Amadeu Recife a yellow card for diving instead. Léo Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Hermes having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Ocaucu's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Paranaense came free, but Silas da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mulher Futebol e Cerveja's Filipe Vianna got a free kick in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Paranaense in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silas da Silveira saved Ocaucu from getting behind. Amadeu Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulão Hermes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano dos Santos in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute, José Carlos de Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
